Calling procedures

I am trying to call a procedure using IDBScript, but it never gets executed. The procedure is called Report3_S with two parameters

I am calling .. <% Report3_S('$tagname$','$id$') %> ..

but the code of the procedure never executes - no error message either

any idea ?
