I'd need a little more detail about what you are doing to offer a suggestion. ODBscript doesn't maintain an open cursor between calls, but there's usually a way to simulate that effect. But, it depends on specifically what you are trying to do and what your data looks like. (You can send me an email, if you prefer not posting the details.)
