Problem with timezone and time_24

I use time_24 variable to store the current time into a form field. This way i can do a regular check and see how long a user is working on a form (part of our time-registration procedure). This is done to compare the time_24 value against a small javascript time value.

However since last winter-to-summer time change time_24 is running 1 hour behind. The server the odbscript is running on is set correct (GMT+1, Amsterdam zone). Clients also have the correct time and timezone.

If time_24 is retrieved from GMT time then this might be a bug, as most of us need the time based on localtime.

For now i fixed this the dirty way (result-60 minutes).. Any ideas?
